Team report
The format of the report to be shared with each team is easy to understand and includes a detailed analysis of all topics covered in the engagement component. In order to communicate effectively with the team, we have created a guide for conducting group sessions that details how to plan the work process.
The team report includes the following information:
- Aggregate indices: eNPS, satisfaction, level of engagement, organizational health
- Analysis of organizational climate across seven constituent components: fundamental needs, organizational effectiveness (structure/resources), leadership effectiveness, team effectiveness, strategic alignment, cultural fit, and growth opportunity.
- Detailed analysis of each component’s constituent parameters (26 provisions in total)
- GAP analysis of each parameter – the difference from the organization’s overall or previous wave results
- Identification of TOP3 weak and strong parameters
