In parallel with the delivery of the Leadership Scanner results, an assigned trainer will conduct a series of in-depth training sessions with the HR team, familiarizing them in detail with the capabilities of the digital platform, the structure of the summary reports, and the process of conducting group sessions.
The total duration of the training is 4-6 hours, and the training is divided into 2-3 sessions.
